Shipping terms and conditions
- SimulatorCave only arrange shipping on behalf of the customer and is not liable for damage or loss in or during shipping. The risk of loss or damage during shipping lies between the courier company and the customer.
- Since Courier services limit claims of loss or damage to R1000, we recommend adding liability insurance should you choose a delivery option or ensure shipments are covered by personal or household insurance products.
- Customer is responsible for shipping/courier services & insurance for such on all Repair/Exchange/Refunds.
- Collection available in Gauteng Mon to Fri 9:00-17:00. Select “Collection” in checkout. Order usually ready same day if ordered and payment received before 9:30. If the order is placed after 9:30, it will usually be ready for collection the next day.
Delivery is usually processed the same day if ordered and paid before 9:00 in Gauteng. If delivery is to be shipped to areas outside of Gauteng, it usually takes 2 -3 days. Please note this is subject to Courier Services logistics and this time frame should only be used as a guideline
