We know you can’t afford to lose valuable racing time behind the wheel, so we designed a special product to keep you racing, even if the Racing gear gives up on you!

Why do we do this? Although we try our best to do speedy repairs, it does happen that we need to wait for parts, or in a worst-case situation, units need to be sent back to the manufacturer. This can take up to 4 weeks for parts to be ordered or even months in the case of items sejt to the manufacturers and returned with Customs clearance processes adding time. This is WAY too long to wait before you can get racing behind the wheel of your favorite Sim Racing Equipment! 

How does it work?

For a once of payment when purchasing your new equipment from us, you can add SimulatorCover for your Wheel, Base or Pedals. Let’s say for instance if you play F1 2021 on a PlayStation and your base covered under warranty needs repairs taking longer than 5 days, we will make available a Fanatec Base that will work on your PlayStation with your existing Fanatec ecosystem for the time needed to repair your Fanatec Base. With MOZA it relates to PC compatibility.

IMPORTANT: It might not be the exact same model or variant as the one in for repairs, but it will work on your platform and with your ecosystem. For instance, we might make available a Fanatec Elite PlayStation base though you had a Podium DD1. OR we provide you with a ClubSport base though you had a CSL DD base. OR you might have had a V3 Pedal set, but we will provide you with a CSL Elite pedal set or ClubSport V1 pedal set. OR we will provide you with a McLaren GT3 wheel though you had a ClubSport F1 wheel. Terms and conditions apply.
