Intuitive ergonomic layout.
Eight buttons and two encoders are within easy reach of your thumbs without having to take a hand off the wheel. In total there are seven rotary encoders, including two Multi-Position Switches and the 7-way FunkySwitch.
The wheel has been carefully optimized for sim racing, with its comfortable 310 mm diameter, practical button layout, and tactile paddles and rotaries.
The structure of the wheel is diecast aluminum, ensuring lightness and strength, retaining the stunning spoke cutouts of the original concept design. Our new Tactaris synthetic suede material is durable, comfortable, and easy to clean.

Note: This wheel is preinstalled with a QR2 Lite Wheel-Side. If your base cannot be upgraded to QR2, a QR1 Wheel-Side must be purchased separately.
The four main encoders on the CSL Elite Porsche Vision GT wheel are assigned to the same primary inputs as the four directional sticks on the Gran Turismo® DD Pro and Gran Turismo® DD Extreme wheels:
The primary function of the lower right stick is to adjust the active MFD function. The secondary function is to cycle through all the MFD pages. Because the Porsche Vision GT’s lower right encoder is only assigned to the primary function of the lower right stick, it is necessary to assign the ‘MFD page selection’ to the wheel’s FunkySwitch.
To assign a function to the FunkySwitch, enter the controller settings via the main Options menu in Gran Turismo® 7. There you can locate your Fanatec base (it’s normal that the default steering wheel is displayed). There you should reassign ‘Left button’ to ‘MFD Selection Left’ and ‘Right button’ to ‘MFD Selection Right’.
Once this is assigned, you can cycle through the MFD pages with the FunkySwitch, and make use of the lower right encoder to adjust each page.
Note that not all cars and modes support all rapid-access pages of the MFD. For example, the ‘Torque Distribution’ option is only available in certain AWD cars, and Fuel Mapping is only available in races where fuel consumption is active.
